I love designs that are, as I would describe as being 'Fantasy' looking which is what I think of this the brightness, lighting & 'magical' feel to the design looks great alongside the photo.
I would have liked to have found the original illustration for the cityscape
When the cover design was first premièred on the web I instantly loved the design, from previous single covers I was expecting something along the lines of this, and looking at it in more detail you can see there is a lot of different elements to the design. I actually started an acrylic painting of the design that I am currently in the process of working on.
